Customer research and digital marketing are Fiona’s main areas of expertise. This includes CRM marketing, website management, targeted marketing, social media communications, e-newsletter campaigns and monitoring and evaluation. Fiona manages, maintains and delivers database and digital communications for a wide range of clients on a daily basis.
Fiona also has extensive operational experience in the hospitality industry having been a key member of her family hotel business for 24 years and a successful 4 Star Gold B&B and self-catering operation based in the Highlands.
Expertise in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, brand development and copywriting, this includes the creation of all campaign and website content. As well as management of photo shoots and press launches.
With overall responsibility for campaign ideas, the creation of names and campaign delivery, Janice works with our graphic design partner Debbie Strang to develop and deliver creative marketing ideas into live promotions using print, design, photography, press and PR and advertising. Janice also works closely with our website developer Jennie Routley to create all website content and provides daily liaison and support to clients in relation to their brand identity, applications and promotional activity.
Debbie has more than 35 years’ experience within the Scottish Design industry. Prior to setting up Whitenoise she worked for three other Scottish design agencies where she gained excellent experience in both design and production on design for print projects as well as product and interior related briefs which involved project managing and liaison with various manufacturers and suppliers.
Her portfolio spans across a broad section of clients including the National Trust for Scotland, VisitScotland, Buccleuch Group, Scottish Forestry, The City of Edinburgh Council, Hub North Scotland and Scottish Enterprise.
Jennie has been running her creative business for over 15 years and believes that great design is about clear communication, and the growth of concepts into exciting interactive online experiences. Specialising in web usability and accessibility.
Jen builds websites that are attractive and creative but also functional and usable, providing an interactive user experience that fully communicates the clients message, personality and identity.
After working in London with a press agency covering news and features for the national press, before heading north to Scotland, Phil was a freelance photographer before working with the Scotsman in Edinburgh. After a long and award-winning career at the Scotsman, Phil made the move to freelance again in 2014.
Now based in Lauder, Phil uses his extensive experience to provide a sought-after service over a wide range of styles, including portrait photography, press and PR Public Relations, marketing, property, industry, food and hospitality.
