Brief: Bright Light Marketing have provided marketing strategy, website, digital marketing, press and PR support and marketing activity for the NCDT during an incredible period of development in the village.
This has included the contemporary community owned Newcastleton Bunkhouse which is perfect for groups of walkers and bikers or family and friend get togethers. This is just the latest chapter in big things that this small community have achieved, from the community owned fuel pumps and re-charging station to the Enterprise and Learning Hub, Laundry and Polysport.
Not forgetting the community buy out of Holm Hill which has brought 750 acres back into community ownership and has already created two new woodlands which can be enjoyed for generations to come.
Because Newcastleton is nestled in the valley of Liddesdale just 4 miles from the Border, the village has always been a true Gateway to the Scottish Borders.
Five hundred years ago the hills would be ringing with the sound of clashing steel and fighting Border Reivers.
