Brief: Bright Light Marketing were privileged to work with the family from the beginning of the project.
Ahead of the build, we were able to provide consumer intelligence and an audit of best practice both here in the UK and overseas. Many of these recommendations and innovations were implemented within Tiny Home Borders.
We have provided marketing strategy, product development support, brand identity, copywriting, photography, website, signage, brand applications and digital marketing.
“When we first had the idea to create Tiny Home Borders, we definitely knew we had the right location and we knew from our travels what we wanted it to be. But we knew little about tourism or marketing something like this!
Having seen what Bright Light Marketing had developed for some of their other clients, we decided to get in touch with them. We were immediately put at ease, we gave some of our ideas and Janice and Fiona gave theirs and they then steered the development down the correct path with a marketing plan. Then when it came to launching Tiny Home, from straplines to signage, the branding was excellent. With the development of website content and social media, everything was professionally done and the end result speaks for itself. Reaching 88% occupancy in our first year and at 93% by September in year two. These figures could not have been achieved without the professional guidance and expertise of Bright Light.
And to top 2023, Tiny Home Borders is a finalist in the South of Scotland Thistle Awards for Best Self-Catering Experience.
